HOW TO UNLOCK MOTOROLA XT1767 / E4 VERIZON

  1. Start the phone on fastboot mode by keeping pressed volume down and power buttons
  2. From there select BP TOOLs by using volume up/down keys and press power button to confirm
  3. Connect the usb cable once the phone starts and install the usb drivers according to the video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KHlvUSc5d0
  4. Start PACK5 latest software version
  5. Click on ENUM ALL PORTS and press the SCAN button
  6. From the ports list select MOTOROLA QC Diag port and press DO JOB and follow the instructions software gives
