How to unlock COCOMM NEO 1100 / VODAFONE NEO 1100

1. Download latest SPDTool and install the spreadtrum drivers

2. Power on the phone and connect it to the usb port of your pc

3. Go 'DIAG MODE' tab of SPDTool and select Vodafone NEO 1100 model

4. Check 'Remove SIM_LOCK' checkbox

5. Press 'CONNECT' button

6. When the software start searching for the phone keep pressed 'OK' on the phone and quickly remove and reattach the phone battery

7. Once the device gets detected stop pressing the 'OK' button and let the software do its job

8. At the end of the process you will be provided with the unlock code

9. Press BACK (<-) button on the device twice and from the menu that appears choose 'UnLock SIM Lock' and enter the provided unlock code
