How to setup LGUP tool for flashing LG LM-K500MM kdz firmware

  1. Login to the support from the Maintenance.exe, navigate to 'Downloadable Files' section, LGUP folder
  2. Download LGUP_Lab_Frame_Ver_1_16_0_3.msi and install it
  3. Download LGUP_common.dll  and LGUP_Cmd.exe and place it on C:\Program Files (x86)\LG Electronics\LGUP\model\common
  4. Connect the device on Download Mode (Power off > Hold volume increase button > Connect to PC via USB cable > Keep holding the Vol+ button till it enters Download Mode / if the phone reboots or has issues keep holding Vol+ while having the usb cable connected)
  5. Run LGUP.exe from C:\Program Files (x86)\LG Electronics\LGUP, select the kdz firmware
  6. Press the 'Start' button and wait for the operation to complete
