For M4 SS1010 and older

  • Insert an accepted sim
  • Dial ###765*08#
  • MENU
  • Customize Network
  • Put the unlock code

For all the newer models:

  • Dial *#45362718090#*
  • A menu will pop up asking for the code
  • Put the unlock code
